At TO THE BONE we celebrate authentic Italian food and meat culture with a special appreciation for the butcher’s craft and its age-old tradition. Accordingly, we source our meat exclusively from specialized Italian producers along with our longstanding friend and partner, Italian star butcher Dario Cecchini.Our menu offers a modern take on the traditional dishes and classic flavours of northern Italy’s regional cuisines. Our steak menu comprises various on- and off-the-bone cuts of beef, which we serve in the convivio style for sharing along with seasonal vegetable sides.

Dine on traditional Berlin fare with a twist at Hauptstadtrestaurant Gendarmerie. It serves creatively prepared dishes with seasonal and regional ingredients. The contemporary setting at Hauptstadtrestaurant Gendarmerie features large, colorful artwork on the wall and photos of famous people. Guests can start their course with an appetizer of chanterelle salad with beans or snails in herb butter. An entrée of Berlin-style calf liver, meatballs in champagne or Schnitzel Linumer meadow veal will satisfy the appetite. Hauptstadtrestaurant Gendarmerie is located at the Gendarmenmarkt. Velvet is a hyperseasonal cocktail bar (no food) in Berlin Neukölln. It’s weekly changing cocktail menu reflects the flavours available from Berlin’s surrounding at the time of the year and has earned the bar the title "Bar of the Year Germany" twice by Mixology Magazine & No.77 in the World's 50 Best Bars Top 100 in 2023.
