I booked for some friends of mine I knew would be as excited about the ambiance & architecture as I was & Stellar Jay did not disappoint. The view was phenomenal for city atmosphere & I can’t wait to return in the spring for warm weather patio vibes. I wished they had an outdoor fire pit, that’s something I would have loved as an addition. The menu was unique & the food delicious. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly & offered great recommendations. I loved watching the chiefs prepare the food openly & the roasted fire aroma was intoxicating. Really enjoyed this visit!

Went for dinner on Christmas Eve and it was wonderful. Very good food and service. It would have been nice to hear Christmas music instead of every day music. Overall excellent

Amazing experience! Started with the prosciutto, a pinot grigio, and had the tagliatelle, followed by the torta. It was all so wonderful! HIGHLY recommend the tagliatelle!! I sat at the bar, where Caesar waited on me, and he was exceptional. Highly attentive but not over-bearing; he was personable and friendly. I loved the ambiance as well. It should also be said, Caesar went above and beyond, and is an expert in his craft! Make a reservation, and you will not be disappointed.

Thank you so very much for offering these incredibly delish holiday meals - our family of 6 enjoyed every last bite of our tenderloin dinner! Ordering was easy, pick up incredibly warm and friendly, instructions were easy to follow, and it was topped off perfectly with a hand signed Christmas card <3. Between the savory complete meal, a charcuterie board and those insanely yummy chocolate chip cookies we were all so pleased, and if we celebrate another Christmas in Denver, this will forever be our go to! Thank you so much for making this Christmas an easy one for me and my family- it truly means a lot! After this we are all looking forward to dine in one of these days soon! I'm loving the new lamb chop appetizer !!! So many wonderful flavors !! Different from what you'll get anywhere else !! I've had it twice now and my dinner companion had it too and LOVED IT !! As always the service and surroundings were warm and welcoming. I'm so lucky to have this GEM so close.
