We are honored that Primo has been designated a Recommended Restaurant in the inaugural Florida 2022 MICHELIN Guide. Led by award-winning chef Melissa Kelly, our restaurant serves authentic Italian cuisine, featuring organic produce and a carefully crafted wine list. The menu focuses on the farm-to-table experience with seasonal highlights including produce, honey and eggs sourced from on-premises Primo Garden and Whisper Creek Farm in addition to Mick's Farm and Frog Song Organics in the local community. All seafood is also locally sourced from Florida waters, including clams from Cedar Key, white shrimp and squid from Cape Canaveral, and Snapper, grouper, and other seasonal catch from Ponce Inlet. Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. I would definitely go to Cooper’s Hawk again. The food was absolutely delicious our server Josh was amazing. The wine omg was amazing, I have to buy a bottle!!!

Our starter of Harvest corn soup was delicious; the creamed soup was topped with corn relish and a few kernels of popcorn, which added a very different twist to the overall taste. We had scallops with pork belly and zaatar coated cobia, both of which were cooked to perfection. Dessert consisted of chocolate mousse, which was a “dry” version of mousse and a glass of house made limoncello, which unfortunately tasted more like lemon flavored water. We could have done without the mousse or the limoncello. The noise level was high in large part due to a family with children having dinner. The service was excellent! We would definitely return.
