Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week. We went for my birthday last night and it was fabulous. My daughters, ages 4 and 8, love the charcuterie, and did great splitting a Caesar salad and a pasta dish. My husband and I split a steak, and with dessert, it was the perfect meal.

TORI was out Waiter and she was PHENOMENAL!!!! It was my first time there and IT WAS TOP TIER!!!! Food was FANTASTICCCCC!!!!!!...... Ambience was AMAZING and COZY!!!!! NO COMPLAINTS, AT ALL....... Will DEFINITELYYYYYY be back!!

Great restaurant with tons of seasonal options. Will be be back for the spanish rice, plantains and chicken seasonal meal. Ambience was super nice and calm, perfect for a chill low key date night. Service was great, staff was lovely and welcoming, and place was near major tourist spots in Baltimore.
