Join us for a tasting or cocktail made with our grain to glass spirits. We do not have a kitchen, but you can bring your own food or order in. Enjoy a cocktail outdoors on our sunny patio (weather dependent, cold after sundown, must request in notes), watch the bartenders at work in our tasting room bar area, or relax in the upstairs cocktail lounge overlooking the distillery. We had an excellent dinner on Christmas Eve with outstanding service. The prices for for food were quite reasonable, with several entree selections available in the 20s. Bottles of wine were a bit expensive but overall great value and a wonderful evening!

The food and service were excellent. My only disappointment was that they tried to give us a table downstairs, when I reserved the main dining room. We ended up at a table with our back to the front aisle-heavy traffic area. I made this reservation on 11/16/24, so there was no excuse for this inconvenience. Because the overall dining experience was so good, I will definitely be back !

We loved our early Christmas Eve dinner! The cassoulet was exceptionally tasty, and the angel hair pasta was delish. Our waiter was very helpful, our table pleasant and private: everyone agreed that One53 was a perfect place for our special holiday meal. We’re here from Philadelphia for a few days, and so glad that we are!

Wasn’t very crowded on Christmas Eve for lunch. Unfortunately they were not serving off their lunch menu, but regardless we had a lovely meal and the service was terrific!
