Shorty’s GoodTimes Bar is a laid-back spot with an old school vibe. Everything was perfect, appetizer (shrimp cocktail), soup (butternut squash w/goat cheese) was such a comfort on a cold snowy day. The waitress (Kayla) was very attentive and engaging. She made good recommendations. We had a very nice relaxing lunch. Grand Concourse is one of my favorite restaurants and always a good choice.
