I always order the same thing - Pollo Encamisadao and was not disappointed. The Tres Leches is a must every visit and it's the best in the world, IMHO. My friends had the Pork Tenderloin and is was so tender and so well seasoned.

We had a wonderful experience. Service was very on point and timeliness was perfect. Our server was amazing, friendly and provided awesome service. The food was sooo delicious. Everything was fantastic, including the drinks and desserts. The ambience is great. I took my sister for her birthday and she had such a great time. Most of all I appreciate how kind everyone was and amazing food and ambience.

I love a’Bouzy and have brought family and several friends with me. I treated a friend today for her first experience. It was amazing as always. Beef is flank steak but prepared Parisian style unlike anywhere else in TX. Sole for 2 is the main of choice. Butterfly desert not to be missed, take photo of it. Order wine by the bottle, by glass is 4oz paring pour instead of typical 6. Well worth the wait for a reservation. Ignore sticker shock when the tab comes. A dining experience not to be missed. Don’t have to travel to France.
