Szimply is a small place with great intentions. It started with the dream to revolutionize the brunch scene. Located in the charming historic Röser alley, you can experience a hidden treasure of downtown Budapest which quickly became a must go spot for breakfast and brunch lovers after opening its doors in 2016. Also making its way to the "New York Times 52 places to go " Our aim is to create exciting and seasonal dishes that merge breakfast to brunch and brunch to lunch, from 8am to 4pm. We missed the complexity of dinners in breakfast, so we included it. We missed healthy and wholesome dishes with options for vegans, vegetarian so we created them.
