Embargo is open and is the place to be on Cape Cod, featuring a chic and sophisticated atmosphere with amazing food and handcrafted cocktails. Our menu features dry aged steaks cooked to perfection, mouth watering tapas, and of course, fresh local seafood. Each meal becomes an event when shared with friends and family!PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO HIGH DEMAND, we do not guarantee reservations for outdoor patio seating. Tables are sat on a first come, first serve basis. If you have a reservation and request outdoor seating, you may endure a brief waiting period. In 1992, thrown together on Cape Cod by political circumstances none of them could have predicted, four young Yugoslavs founded Pain D'Avignon.Their goal was to recreate the Old World Traditions using baking techniques and recipes barely changed in centuries. This was our first time to Embargo, we went there because of the positive reviews. My wife and I each had a martini and we shared four tapas, and then shared a “creamy espresso martini” for dessert. The food was fantastic and our server Michelle was great. She didn’t rush us but always seemed to appear at just the right time. This restaurant is highly recommended..

I had the three course prefix meal and was impressed with the large options from which I could choose. I had the fish soup was which was very tasty and I had the Marco Polo salmon which I found delicious and was impressed with the crispy skin. For dessert I had themoney ice cream covered with the chocolate sauce
