North Point Kitchen + Bar opened in 2023 by the Gilbert family, lifelong residents to the Chicago Northwest Suburbs. Chef and owner Joel Gilbert decided after years of searching for the perfect location that he was going to begin his journey with his first brick and mortar restaurant on the most Northern Point of Forest Lake, in Lake Zurich Illinois. After years of working and running restaurant establishments and working with his company Butter & biscuit Co. at local farmers markets, Joel has established great friendships and partnerships with some of the best local farmers. Joel took this opportunity to use the best seasonal products for his Italian inspired cuisine. Jasmine was our server, and she did a phenomenal job taking good care of us. The whole staff at your Kildeer store make a great team, and work very well together. We were there for dinner service on Thanksgiving Day, and even though they were extremely busy, everything appeared to go smoothly, and for the most part, the staff seemed to be in good moods and kept a smile on their faces.

Nice menu. A little limited but all good choices. Looking forward to going back in the summer. Will return before then. Very very nice view. Server Ashley was a 10!

Food was good but portions are too big. Music was a little loud and not a great channel but it was ok. Service good and value good.

Tortellini house special is delicious. Chicken parmesan could feed a family. Generous portions. We had leftovers of both.
