A modern pub serving a frequently changing menu, available in our dining room, bar, and outside ledges. It's not fine dining, nor is it trying to be. We cook in a way that we as cooks like to eat, so don’t be afraid to share. If you want to pop in for a burger and a pint, feel free to grab any available space in the bar or outside. We accept bookings for tables of up to six people in the dining room.It can be loud and slightly chaotic; at night it is dark. We turn tables because we need to in order to survive and pay the people that make it work, so please don’t be offended if we ask you to wait a moment for your table. Westerns Laundry is a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant focusing on seafood & natural wines. The restaurant is located in the Islington/Highbury neighbourhood of North London. It opened in 2018 and is housed in a 1950's industrial building which used to be home to the largest commercial laundry in North London. It now boasts a beautiful 60 cover dining room, which opens onto an open 20 cover cobbled courtyard with olive trees as well as an intimate private dining room. Wonderful food, great service, will be back. Each of the dishes designed and prepared with care, leading to great results. House wine (both red and white) excellent and very reasonably priced.

Such a great restaurant. Lovely relaxed atmosphere in a gorgeous space with stunning, absolutely delicious plates of seasonal food, but what really makes it special is the service. The staff are committed, knowledgable and so, so accommodating and lovely - they make every trip here a truly wonderful occasion. The soft serve is pretty amazing too!
