Darling’s is a fresh pasta eatery in East London. Overlooking Olympic Park, the eatery is a hidden gem in Fish Island where the industrial and creative spaces converge. If you want to experience Indian food with a difference then this is the place to come. Starting with excellent Poppadoms and homemade chutneys, we then had the Duck Tikka special with a delightful artichoke salad, and the Lamb dish finished with an Indian iced dessert. Always a welcome and impeccable service. It’s definitely worth getting on the DLR !

In a year of enjoying some great meals, Silo has consistently delivered some of the very best. Every time we’ve visited, the experience has been flawless. Course after course of innovative, flavoursome, beautiful food. Tonight’s was the best yet. This places excites me. The evolution we’ve seen is amazing. New twists on existing dishes take each to an even higher level. And their value-driven, ‘no waste’ ethos is outstanding. Our favourite restaurant this year. So looking forward to many more meals in 2025.
