It's here we make all our seasonal ferments, pickles and drinks - all of which you can buy ready jarred from our fridge. We take great care in sourcing our produce direct from the best suppliers both locally and abroad. Our menu is a mix of classic crowd pleasers and regularly changing seasonal dishes, which means you'll always find something to tempt your taste buds (even if you're in every day!).We are a pub, not a cocktail bar and while we make a blinding Bloody Mary, and will happily mix you an Aperol Spritz or Negroni, we don't do Pina Coladas. That said, we are extremely proud of our wide range of spirits from around the globe, which (where possible) we offer at affordable prices. Egle Loit, a trained pasta chef, has previously popped up mostly around East and North London, creating a buzz with her pre-restaurant residency at Vestry House Museum in 2023.Founder of Darling’s cares dearly about the craft that fresh pasta making requires. “One can turn humble ingredients into abundance with skill,” shares the restaurateur. Darling’s is designed to be an open space to be shared between the guests and the team, therefore there are no barriers between the service area and the dining area. The food was outstanding. The only minor comment I have is that the menu was in Italian and so we did not know what to order for a little while before the waitress explained it to us. Other than that everything was brilliant.

In a year of enjoying some great meals, Silo has consistently delivered some of the very best. Every time we’ve visited, the experience has been flawless. Course after course of innovative, flavoursome, beautiful food. Tonight’s was the best yet. This places excites me. The evolution we’ve seen is amazing. New twists on existing dishes take each to an even higher level. And their value-driven, ‘no waste’ ethos is outstanding. Our favourite restaurant this year. So looking forward to many more meals in 2025.

I loved the place and the huge table looking to the kitchen. The decoration and the atmosphere. But I was a bit disappointed with the food, that I found too saucy and with associations that I didn’t think so interesting. Also, we were advised to order at least 5 different plates to share and that was way too much! So I don’t think I will recommend. Sorry !
