Blacklock is a modern take of the Great British chophouse nestled in the corner of a Grade II listed textiles warehouse. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails from the trolley and wine on tap in our subterranean chop mecca. This was the most amazing food in a perfect venue. They really have transformed this building into the most amazing restaurant. The service is some of the best we’ve ever experienced. We had some brilliant recommendations on food and wine and I can’t thank the team enough for a wonderful evening.

My fourth time dining here now and I cannot wait for the fifth. The service is second to none, with incredibly passionate and knowledgeable team members on hand to give you the best experience possible. The wine list is extensive and thorough with something for everyone, and the food is so carefully crafted and always tastes divine. Without a doubt the best restaurant in Manchester!
