We were not sure what to eat before we flew out of Vegas, but were all able to agree on southern food. This far exceeded our expectations - both the service and the food were outstanding. I ordered the Nashville hot chicken, which was comparable to what I've had in Nashville itself. The mac and cheese was great, and the biscuit appetizer with jam and cinnamon butter were fantastic. Definitely check this place out.

We were almost seated next to the noisy kitchen but the hosted immediately sensed our displeasure and called for a different table. Both were great views of the Bellagio. Roman was our lead server and the server team was very attentive. The steak and chicken were the most tender we’ve ever had of either. The crème brulee is the best we’ve found. I had the peppermint soufflé which was outstanding as well. Zero complaints about the food. However, for $155 a person, bread should have been included. It felt stingy to charge another $8 for that. The portions were meager as well, but you were left wanting more, that’s for sure.

We were so excited to visit Hell's Kitchen, and it did not disappoint! The location is spectacular and the restaurant was pristine. Our view was the incredible fountains of Caesars Palace. Such a fun, exciting dining experience. John was our server and he went above and beyond! I have a very dangerous allergy to milk protein and he asked us right away if we had any food allergies he should know about. He let me know that there was dairy in 2 of the items we were ordering. (they were for my teen) I thought that was so special. Food allergies are so embarrassing, I really appreciated the care John took! His server assistant was professional, and friendly. The restaurant was packed and you would never have known that by the way our table was taken care of. Well done. We're Vegas locals, so we're fortunate to have a lot of great dining choices. This was one of the best meals we've ever had. Highly recommend Hell's Kitchen. You made our Christmas Eve very special and memorable. Thank you.

Went for the first time and it was incredible! Service was amazing, food was not only great but came out quickly and some items were interactive and so fun. We can't wait to go back

Went to this place after hearing great things about the burger. Must have accidentally ordered of the menu for tiny children who are miniature in stature and appetite. Worked out great in the end however - meal was so insignificant it didn't disrupt my juice cleanse.
