Carefully crafted from authentic recipes, every meal at Cañonita is a feast for the eyes and adventure for the taste buds. As the only restaurant located along the canal-front in The Venetian and The Palazzo, Cañonita offers guests a unique opportunity to experience the sights and sounds of the Grand Canal, with waterfront views of the resort's famous singing gondoliers. Outside, our Street Taqueria food truck recreates an essential element of Mexico City's culinary and cultural landscape, featuring a variety of street foods and house-infused margaritas.

    Amazing experience on so many levels! I went to support my hometown hero from Pensacola and expected nothing less than the very best, of course. Yet, my expectations were exceeded! As a solo traveler/diner, I sat at the bar at the suggestion of the lovely Hostess. Chris, the very kind Bartender, took wonderful care of me. I was torn between the steaks and the sea bass and he recommended the sea bass due to its flavors - I was not disappointed! It was delicious as the sushi roll (The "Emmitt Roll") I had as my appetizer! A gentleman next to me at the bar absolutely loved his steak - I will definitely come back for the steaks next! Thank you, Mr. Smith, and your team for a wonderful dining experience and the beautiful hospitality! It was perfect on every level!

    Great overall experience at this restaurant. The location was not crowded and we were seated near the canal so we could view the gondolas passing by. The food was very good. The service was also very good. The only complaint was that the food was somewhat expensive for what was received, but this seems to be the overall direction that the Las Vegas Strip has been heading.
