Tullibee celebrates the lakes and woods cuisine that is so deeply woven into the fabric of Minnesota. Named for a fish native to our Minnesota waters, Tullibee is a tribute to our beautiful state and brings its fresh and authentic flavors to each dish we serve. Under Chef Marque Collins lead, Tullibee's new menu is curated with intention to allow guests to try multiple items on the menu. 4 of us indulged in the Chef's Choice. Might be the best meal that we've ever tasted. Every dish was magical. I can't say enough good things. The server and atmosphere was perfect! Warm , cozy and comfortable. Beautiful decor and amazing experience. Highly recommend!

Most lobby restaurants are not the greatest experience. The Milwaukee, however, was a pleasant surprise. From a gracious hostess to a joyful waitress, to a very, very good meal for the four of us. The only food negative was a relatively bland dressing on the Caesar salad. T”My pappardelle was outstanding and the others felt the risotto, burger and salmon were very fine.

I brought my staff and their partners/spouses to Borough for a holiday meal. Food was fantastic, our waiter was great and added to the experience. Highly recommend.
