The Café Loren was opened in 1978 and offers fine dining in an atmosphere of casual seashore elegance. For four decades our menu has kept pace with American culinary trends. In Italian, the word, Secondo means “the second part of a duet.” When we opened Panico’s Bistro, we knew we wanted to eventually add some harmony to our original melody and so, Secondo is the continuation of our long-standing tradition to serve classic Italian cuisine in concert with Mediterranean influences right here in Cape May County. Nested beautifully on the bay, enjoy dinner and hand-handcrafted cocktails; inside in our sophisticated dining room or outside on our covered patio next to the harbor and water. Easily my favorite restaurant! Our meal was exceptional. From the beginning of the meal we knew we were going to enjoy our night. Service was top notch (as it always is) and the food is expertly prepared. At Cafe Loren the food is consistently delicious. The portions are generous enough to feel satisfied. But not so big that you cannot try something from each course. And there is always room for dessert. We try to have dinner at Cafe Loren whenever our schedules allow. PERFECTION!!
