Laboratorio Kitchen offers guests a modern atmosphere paired with seasonal food and tender service. We are a BYOB restaurant. Chef/Owner James DeSisto has a seasonal a la carte menu featuring fresh seafood, pasta, steaks, and appetizers. My husband and I decided to go for lunch instead of having dinner at Elia. Marcello was knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. We had a delicious lunch around noon and truly enjoyed the pre fixe menu. Will definitely be coming for lunch again, as we truly enjoyed the quieter and relaxing atmosphere.
