Evergreen is currently under new ownership by the group that owns Mosaic! The dining room has been renovated to provide a lounge space, and opened up to provide some natural light to make the space more warm and inviting.Davis Pardon under the guidance of James Beard nominee Alex Perry, brings a seasonal twist on some southern favorites. We offer an ever changing list of dishes including steaks, oysters, fish, chicken, house made pasta and so much more. Our meals wouldn't be complete without a signature cocktail or paired bottle of wine.

Located in the heart of historic downtown Ocean Springs, Mississippi, our establishment is a cozy historic house converted into a small restaurant. Our capacity allows us to serve a maximum group size of 4 at this time.Join us in our culinary adventure; Owner chefs Alex (the husband from Mississippi Gulf Coast) and Kumi (the wife from Japan) create menus inspired by the seasons, preservation efforts, and whatever sounds tasty each day for our valued guests. Atmosphere was great - service was excellent If food is prepared while we wait - I don’t understand why I couldn’t change something on a dish to accommodate my gluten allergy - absolutely no substitutions I was told - Didn’t seem to be very accommodating in that regard toward my allergy But our server pointed out which items on the menu were gluten free - so I had to choose one of those

It was an elegant and quiet atmosphere with great food and kind and knowledgeable employees. We went for our anniversary and would recommend it especially for special occasions as it is pricey.

Second visit to Vestige. Excellent Asian Fusion with heavy Japanese influence meets Mississippi cuisine. Exceptional service on both visits by same staff team. Been on Open Table since it started, have dined all over the U.S., this restaurant ranks in my top five for the total dining experience.
