Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week. I cannot think of anything worse than having to work on Christmas day in a public facing role. So I was overjoyed that our server at Valentino's for our Christmas dinner was outstanding--smiling, polite, and perfectly attentive. The food was very good and the portions were huge. I had to take half of my dinner home and order my dessert to go. The special holiday menu with turkey, ham, and a vegetarian option was especially appreciated as grandma said that having a Christmas dinner at an Italian restaurant "did not sound like Christmas." Thank you to Valentino's staff for making our holiday a little less family drama and a lot more delicious.

Yummy food-a bit messy to eat (only reason i knocked off a star)-but amazing flavor. Drinks were delicious, and the service was great. We enjoyed our dinner.
