Outstanding experience, food, service and view. The one thing that ruined it was of course people behaving poorly in public. The table behind us with the loud mouth woman consistently “like” talking about herself, “like” how rich she was and “like” how she knows everything marketing and “like” is the best at everything and “like” has a loud hyena laugh and “like” works for Panera in marketing.

Joes was an amazing experience from the moment I stepped into the building. They did not make me wait even a minute to be seated for my reservation. The gentleman at the front took the time to read the notes and wish my significant other and I a happy anniversary. The waitress was very very kind and extremely helpful in navigating through the menu and providing insightful recommendations. Once seated the staff did not permit for my glass to ever reach even half empty let alone empty! The requested cuts of meats arrived in the exact requested temperatures. Overall Joes provided a beautifully unique experience for my s/o and I. They made us feel very important even in a very busy resturant which was a very pleasant feeling. Overall I’d highly recommend Joes to anyone and everyone seeking a more sophisticated night out. With one visit it’s become a must have for every trip to Vegas moving forward. 100/10!!

The new location is absolutely stunning—high ceilings, beautiful wall accents, and sleek, loft style touches give the space a cozy yet upscale vibe. It’s the perfect setting for an unforgettable dining experience. The menu is a true celebration of Italian cuisine, and the chefs' spread is an absolute highlight. The selection of house-made spreads and the amazing sourdough, sets the stage for what’s to come. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared and elegantly plated, showcasing the finest local ingredients with a clear emphasis on authenticity and seasonal flavors. The flavors are bold but balanced, giving you the perfect introduction to the exceptional meal ahead. When it comes to the main courses, Esther’s Kitchen truly shines. The pastas are exceptional—handmade and cooked to perfection. The MARGHERITA PIZZA, for example, is served with a rich, savory sauce that perfectly clings to each slice of pizza. The FAZZOLETTI, another standout, is cooked with precision, its layers perfectly balanced while the meat remains juicy and flavorful. Whether you’re craving something hearty or a lighter fare, the offerings are designed to satisfy all tastes, with seasonal touches that elevate each dish. The wine list is equally impressive, offering a selection of reds, whites, and bubbles that perfectly complement the bold flavors of the menu. The service is warm and attentive, with staff who are knowledgeable about the dishes and wine pairings, making the entire experience well worth while. Always a pleasure going to Nittaya’s. If you haven’t been there, you’ve got to try it. Not all Thai food is a test of your tolerance for spice. Nittaya’s baseline is calm, but if you want it hotter, they can certainly accommodate you. We’ve had most of the items on the menu over the years, and never been sorry. Henderson is going to love her new location!

Went for early dinner and the staff was so accommodating and friendly, constantly checking on us without being intrusive. Nice variety of menu choices, and the standouts were the seasonal salad (plum, Asian pear, kale with a refreshing pomegranate vinaigrette) and the rib eye steak with fresh corn. Everything is seasoned perfectly, without being overpowering, allowing the ingredients to shine. Can’t wait to return to try more things like their rolls/breads and appetizers. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful dinner!
