When I opened my doors in July of 2009, I committed to serving the freshest Italian dishes made from local and seasonal ingredients. I learned early the heart of Italian cooking is the flavor…or sapore. My school of teaching was from the best; my Nonna Elena and Mother Lia. Their philosophy has been carried on in my style of cooking: use simple ingredients and the food will speak for its self. Robust had their first ever Christmas Pop Up and it was absolutely amazing, wonderful, great, and fantastic! The owners, the staff, the music, the food, the drinks, the ambiance were all spectacular We had one of the best times out ever! Thank you Robust!!!
