Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week. Ideal break from the day (or more) long task of preparing (and cleaning up) a traditional Thanksgiving meal. Everything you would expect was available, plus many other options for those not inclined or with dietary preferences. Staff were excellent. Well trained and experienced. My wife and I look forward to returning regularly. Just a wonderful experience!

We were warmly greeting as soon as we walked in the door for our 12:30 reservation and seated in a comfortable and roomy booth. Mark was our server today and he could not have been more accommodating to us, with a very genuine personality while making good recommendations from the menu. We had a great afternoon.
