Bringing some LA vibes to the northeast. REGARDS draws inspiration from the diverse food culture of Los Angeles. We highlight flavor profiles from Japan and Mexico with the freshest of Maine produce and products. The menu at REGARDS has bright, zippy ceviches and crudos, rich tamales, plump Argentinian shrimp tacos, along with mezcal cured hamachi collars, crab rice and grilled cabbage with caesar. I will be thinking about that leche de tigre in the scallop ceviche for months. Every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully plated. Our only feedback was that we would have loved a little more explanation of each dish when it was served (but we also could’ve just asked for that). We are soooo happy we popped in for dinner. Thank you!

Had a wonderful dinner on Christmas Eve. The waiter was very attentive, the food delicious, and a fire in the fireplace. This is our second time coming on Christmas Eve and we will be back again.

Evo is a stand out restaurant in Portland, and one of the best overall experiences I've had in a very long time. The service, the food and the atmosphere were all on point. I highly recommend adding this to your list of must visit restaurants in Portland if you are looking for an excellent experience!
