Daniel, our bartender, was excellent. Made a drink for us that was not on the menu and it was amazing. He made our lunch very pleasant. Also, Micheal, a server stopped to ensure we were doing well and stated that if we needed anything to let them know. All were very welcoming and made our experience a really exceptional one.

From the greeting and table seating from management to the exceptional service from our servers Cynthia and Ashley, we had a dining experience that surpassed all of our expectations.

Thanks to Suzie for another great experience at North Italia! It was very busy for a random Tuesday night and Suzie had multiple tables (she is very popular!) and service was fantastic as usual! Our meals were outstanding- shout out to the kitchen staff and the phenomenal management team for a consistently great time!

In the restaurant industry, I've found that the one key element that truly separates and elevates is consistency. At whatever level of the market you serve, longevity is achieved through consistency of both the product and the experience. If I could choose only two words to describe our experiences at Eddie V's, Orlando, over the past five years, they would be "Consistent Excellence". Since meeting and partnering with Thomas Costello on a project years ago, your Orlando location has become my family's de facto choice to celebrate our special occasions. The point I wish to impress is that while there are many great choices in our market today, I fail to see any other establishment deliver true excellence, consistently, every time, running on 5+ years. We have come to know what to expect, and Thomas' team delivers each and every time. I feel comfortable and confident sending clients to dine, knowing they'll have the same experience awaiting them.
