Our visit to Nightingale was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, the service and ambiance set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. The food was beyond incredible—each dish was thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor. A special shoutout to our server, Colwyn, who truly made the evening special. He was not only attentive and caring but also incredibly thoughtful with his recommendations. His warm and welcoming demeanor made our first meal in Vancouver a highlight of our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to our time here. Thank you, Colwyn, and the entire team at Nightingale for such a memorable experience. We’ll be back! Thank you for making our Christmas Eve tradition memorable. This was year 3 and we brought my son's girlfriend with us. Divorce can be stressful at the holidays and choosing to make new traditions and including Anthony's has been great for our family. Thank you.

New seats, new tables, outstanding wait staff, and of course, always fabulous food! I did actually like the clear barriers between tables. They provided a little more privacy and helped reduce the overall noise... but still always a great experience. And we always take advantage of the $500 GC with the add'l 10% 😉

It was better than we could have imagined. From the specialty cocktails to the Coho salmon and halibut to a delicious pistachio cheesecake, at a cozy table for two by the fireplace, it was a perfect date night.
