Went with 2 friends at 5:15pm on a Sunday, it was amazing we started with the big seafood platter it was the perfect amount for the 3 of us. Then we all got the rib cap we all loved it. We split three sides mashed potatoes, mushrooms, and lobster Mac n cheese. Omg it was all delicious! Our waiter Nick was excellent with a few stories he shared with us about his years of working in Vegas, just a classic great dinner in Vegas at one of my favorite steakhouses.

Carson’s Kitchen, Las Vegas – A Must-Visit Culinary Gem! We had an incredible lunch experience at Carson’s Kitchen in Las Vegas. There were four of us, and we made a reservation for Friday lunch. While it wasn’t entirely necessary as we were the first ones there, it quickly became clear why reservations are a good idea—the dining room is intimate, and watching the open kitchen in action added a unique charm to the experience. We started with a few appetizers, and they set the tone for an unforgettable meal. The crispy chicken skins were a revelation, melting in your mouth with every bite. The bacon jam Havarti is a must-have—rich, flavorful, and unlike anything else we’ve tried. But the standout surprise? The hotdog burnt ends, which were shockingly delicious and an unexpected favorite. For our entrees, we each ordered something different but found ourselves wishing we had shared, given how generous and flavorful the appetizers were. The chicken thighs were tender and juicy, the pot roast dip was unanimously declared a table favorite, the steelhead trout had perfectly crispy skin that was pure perfection, and the short rib steak was rich and satisfying. Carson’s Kitchen nails the balance between approachable comfort food and elevated dining. The flavors were bold, the portions satisfying, and the atmosphere cozy yet vibrant. If you’re in Las Vegas, make this spot a priority—and definitely consider sharing so you can try as much of the menu as possible! We’ll absolutely be back.

Went about a year ago and wasn’t impressed, wasn’t checked on, food was delayed and cold but the taste was there and having tickets to a show that was to follow dinner we just paid and left. Knowing the reputation of this place we wanted to try again this time having no plans after and they didn’t disappoint. Ahmad and David were always floating around ready for a refill or removal of plates. Also let us know dinner was quite ready or the bar tender stepped away so there is a minor delay, perfect! Thanks for letting us know, it is reassuring for us that you or the back staff didn’t lose or overlook our order. I really appreciated that. I’m so glad I gave this place a second chance. The food was delicious! We had the salmon and lobster tail. Though the lobster was expensive it was understandable at market price. The presentation was beautiful and the restaurant was equally so. Highly recommend it if you want a fine dining dinner. Recommend booking a reservation, it gets very busy!

Triple George Grill gets better every time! The atmosphere is inviting, and the staff is incredibly friendly with great attention to detail. The calamari fritti was crispy and flavorful. The bone-in ribeye, broccoli, and mac and cheese were outstanding. Don’t miss the béarnaise sauce—absolutely delicious! Can’t wait to return!
