Don’s Favorite Foods is a prix-fixe restaurant created by husband and wife team Chef Don Salamone and Kate Laurents in partnership with Sommelier Adam Galbraith.     The ambiance is romantic. The perfect place for date night or anniversary dinner. We ordered the Shrimp Scampi which is always delicious. My husband ordered the Clams and Mussels antipasti, he loved it. For our entrees we ordered the Lamb Osso Bucco, delicious as well, but we absolutely loved the Pollo Incendio. So much that we shared it and cleared the plate. Highly recommend!

    We love Copper River. Service is always top notch. The manager always checks in with us to make sure we enjoyed our visit. Never had a bad meal. And Josh is easily the best bartender in the area!

    We had a lovely experience at Stanford's. We had not been there in a long time and we were pleasantly surprised at the excellent service, the wonderful food (the stuffed mushrooms and loaded baked potatoes were wonderful) and the noise level was just right. We took our elderly parents and to NOT have music blaring was quite lovely. We didn't have to shout to converse!

    When we travel from Seattle to Portland we always try to have a dinner at Nostrana, The food is simply prepared and perfect every time we have had dinner. They serve a wide range of people from dating couples to oldsters like us. Drinks and wine also very well chosen and well prepared. Service is attentive. Be sure to get a reservation ! Dr David Celio
