We had the pleasure of eating the Valentine’s Day tasting menu at 80 Thoreau last night. Everything was amazing — the drinks, the food, the service, the ambience. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, as we always do. One of our favorite restaurants, hands down.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted promptly and seated right away. I was extremely impressed with our waitress Denise from the time she came to our table to the time we departed. All her work from suggestions to taking our order and not making any mistakes being so polite and even having a pleasant conversation made my night. In my next visit I will be requesting the same waitress. Thank you for a very nice evening!!! Thank you again to the entire staff for a pleasant evening and Thank you to the kitchen staff for a great Dinner!

First time at the Federal. We had a reservation for a table, but chose to sit at the bar. We dined during the lunch menu. Our bartenders Luke and AJ were attentive, professional, and polite. We started with the shellfish tower, which was good. We then ordered the Prime French dip sandwich and that was extraordinary, and the Kennebec Truffle fries with Parmesan and black truffle oil. The portion was just right and they were out of this world. I had their Sangria which is perfectly made. The owners’s own recipe. I’ve tried a lot of sangrias over the years but this ranks top two for me. We will definitely go back. Next time we will try the steak. I was just trying to make a reservation there for Easter but it looks like they are closed on Sundays, unfortunately.

First visit to Pammy's to celebrate a b-day. Service was wonderful, thoughtful tips, frequent check ins, great energy. There were a few menu items that we needed to clarify before ordering as we were unfamiliar with items...but all part of the fun. The food was outstanding, I tried the lobster with squid ink gnocchi ...exceptional! The restaurant is kind of cozy...small floor plan with a communal center table. It all works, but if you have a larger group..book ahead to get one of the separate side tables.

Our waiter, Felipe, was terrific. Timely service and we never felt rushed. Cocktails were excellent. We started with the fried calamari appetizer, which was very large and not the least bit greasy. Our steaks, filet mignon and NY strip, were cooked perfectly as ordered and their sides are large enough for two people. Not inexpensive, but a great restaurant for special occasions.
