In 1979, after over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Joe Impastato opened Impastato’s in Metaire. Only 5 years before, his brother Sal opened Sal and Judy’s in Lacombe. Every aspect of the dining experience was superb. The food was as good as it gets, and the server could not have been better. 527 is our favorite restaurant. It’s always a great dining experience.
