Oma's Hideaway is a vibrant, maximalist restaurant inspired by the life and spirit of Chef Thomas Pisha Duffly's grandmother, Kiong Tien “Tina” Vandenberg. We had a family celebration at Tavern and the entire family loved their meal and experience. The seasonal specials of the lamb gnocchi and osso bucco were wonderful along with the staples of the tavern burger. Our server was personable and attentive while allowing family time.

Overall the experience were great. The only thing was the waiting for our table. We got the reservation at 7:30 pm but got there early and we got a text saying out table was ready at 6:55 pm. We were told it will be a minute or so but did not get our table close to our reservation time. I know it was busy around Christmas time but don't send a text saying the table was ready and then made us wait for another 30 minutes. My wife and kids wanted to leave but I told them they were busy around this time, so we decided to stay. What made it GREAT was out service person!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoy coming to Nicoletta's Table. The food is consistently excellent, the service always attentive, and the ambiance very comfortable and relaxing. We always take advantage of the take-out bar, as well, and stock up on some Italian cookies and meat sauce. An outing to Nicoletta's Table is well worth one's time!
