Our visit to Nightingale was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, the service and ambiance set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. The food was beyond incredible—each dish was thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor. A special shoutout to our server, Colwyn, who truly made the evening special. He was not only attentive and caring but also incredibly thoughtful with his recommendations. His warm and welcoming demeanor made our first meal in Vancouver a highlight of our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to our time here. Thank you, Colwyn, and the entire team at Nightingale for such a memorable experience. We’ll be back! We dined on Christmas Day and everything was excellent. The meal choice was really good even though a set menu it had great choices. Kyle was our waiter and although crazy busy he was attentive and on top of everything all while keeping a smile! Kyle is an excellent waiter you are lucky to have him. All the staff were cheerful, accommodating and just made it a great Christmas experience.

Always great service, and every course was very tasty. we were 6 people that hd multiple starters main courses and dessert, which were share (We are all Family) and all were great! Servers was beyond compare. We go every Xmas now, as it is always so good.
