James Beard-nominated, Chef's Prix Fixe Tasting Experience by Executive Chef Jose Camarena, recontextualizes Mexican cuisine and culture through Storytelling. We exclusively offer a prix fixe tasting menu experience, with 7-Course and a 10-Course options. Both experiences are meant to honor the complex history that created each dish, as well as leave a lasting impact on all those who taste this beautiful food and listen to our stories. República is a tasting menu-only restaurant. We offer a 7-course menu at $128 or a 10-course menu at $150 per person. We kindly require all guests to disclose all dietary restrictions and allergies prior to their reservation. We are unable to accommodate allergies to nightshades, chile, allium, rice . Walk in's are welcome! Group larger than 8 people can contact us directly for unlimited custom packages. Food and Beverage Minimum spend $45 for a la carte for larger groups. We are open Tuesday thru Saturday 12pm to 9:30pm. We are a small family owned Italian restaurant, which takes pride in serving delectable meals to our guests. Our outdoor patio is covered. Due to limited seating we cannot guarantee your reservation will be assigned indoors, and hold your table for more than 10 min past your reservation time. $20 no show fee per person will be charged.We are a scratch kitchen, all our (vegan) pastas, breads, desserts, sauces, salad dressings are homemade.     Excellent food. Staff were welcoming and warm. Waitress was very helpful in marking the menu to show what foods were gluten free. Cider was super tasty. Lamb chops were delectable, highly recommend. 10/10 would visit again.

    Wonderful location for a special celebration. Food was creative with a wonderful story line that enhanced the experience. Beverage service was exemplary - recommend the pairing for sure. Loved being able to watch the preparation and the care the team took in presentation.

    Super busy on Christmas... at least if your reservations were between 3:00 and 4:00. They also didn't stage the tables well. Our server told us they gave her 5 tables all at once. It was almost a half hour after being seated before she even took our drink orders. We were done with appetizers before our meal order was taken. Other than the length of time it took to be served and waiting for water to be refilled, dinner was good. Calamari and Brie were our appetizers... the cloves of garlic with the brie were spot on. One daughter had the stuffed salmon that she enjoyed. My other daughter, mom, and I had different fettuccine. Mine was salmon and wild mushrooms, and the salmon was in decent sized chunks. My boyfriend had steak, which he said was the perfect medium rare. All in all it was a wonderful meal.
