Excellent lunch with my niece. Akiko was our server, she was wonderful and efficient. Nico helped clear our plates and is such a charming gentleman. Every bite was delicious. Burrata, little gems Caesar & bolognese. Absolutely amazing. Thank you.

Wonderful evening celebrating the birthday of our 35 year old twins. The food was outstanding and the service by Callie exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s so rare to find someone who is friendly, accommodating of allergies and a time constraint yet manages to make you feel like a valued guest. Our dinner started with the chicken parm pizza for the table, little gem caesar, then dover sole, lasagna and filet mignon meatballs. Absolutely delicious!

The lamb ribs and paella were standout favorites, bursting with bold, perfectly balanced flavors. And don’t miss their signature cocktails—they’re as delicious as they are beautifully crafted. Amazing experience! Started with the prosciutto, a pinot grigio, and had the tagliatelle, followed by the torta. It was all so wonderful! HIGHLY recommend the tagliatelle!! I sat at the bar, where Caesar waited on me, and he was exceptional. Highly attentive but not over-bearing; he was personable and friendly. I loved the ambiance as well. It should also be said, Caesar went above and beyond, and is an expert in his craft! Make a reservation, and you will not be disappointed.

High Tea in the Atrium was the best. Great atmosphere and Christmas decor, wonderful piano music and even better strolling carolers followed by the jazz combo playing Christmas tunes. Price was high but the experience could not be duplicated. That said, I miss the smartly uniformed doormen and found it took quite a while to get a drink and we were seated at least 30 minutes late. Also, the newly renovated Ellington's is disappointing with such poor acoustics and "all white" decor. Sorry to say that the hotel as a whole is no longer the best in Denver.
