Hiyoko is a space with 16 seats and it is the first yakitori style restaurant in Mexico. Most of its menu is concentrated in chicken cooked on Japanese charcoal called binchotan under the sumiyaki technique marinated in salsa madre. In its menu we can also find rice and vegetables.

Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. After a long and heartwarming road at our current location, we thought for the need of moving. Our new home, located at Alvaro Obregon 65 bis - a much wider space where gleams of natural light shine upon the surface-, is carefully assembled by Gabriela's meticulous look, and a kitchen built within Eduardo García's early memories, while living as an inmigrant in a barn in Ohio. Great experience overall. Would definitely return. Our last course took a while to come out but the kitchen threw in an extra dish for free. Totally understandable because it was busy. Servers were very kind and fast.

Excelente atención desde el recibimiento, el servicio muy bueno, la ambientación es buena aunque sería más acogedor estuviera un poco menos iluminado. La comida y la variedad exquisita, muy recomendable. Cuidan todos los detalles, nos obsequiaron el postre por celebrar nuestro aniversario, fue un súper detalle. Quedamos encantados
