    This was one of our favorite dining experiences here in Mexico City. We loved everything about Beluga from the service, staff, aesthetic and backstory of the restaurant. It was amazing and Mach, our server was an absolute Gem. So knowledgeable and really made us feel special, like we were the only people in the place. He has a gift, we absolutely loved it here.     Exquisita la calidad de los alimentos: el pan, el jugo natural, el chocolate y la tocineta es lo mejor. El lugar es muy lindo. Se llena muchísimo así que hay que llegar temprano.

    Absolutely incredible. Words cannot even begin to describe the deliciousness of the food, the care of our server Diego and the beauty of the restaurant. Every dish and every wine pairing was exceptional! We will definitely come again to Bajel soon in the future. Highly highly recommend! Outstanding!!
