Lokma, which means “a bite” in Turkish, opened in Feb 2018 and is located in the Outer Richmond. We serve a fresh Californian and Turkish fare while serving our guests with warm hospitality in our bright and open space. Please note that we allow 15 15-minute grace period for reservations, we ask that you please call if you are going to be late. Reservations will be marked as no-shows after 15 minutes. Due to the high number of no-shows and last-minute cancellations, we now have a 24-hour cancellation window for parties of 6 or more. We will require credit card information through OpenTable. There will be a $10 fee for no-shows or late cancellations per person for a party of 6 or more.Your table will be reserved for 1 hour 30 minutes.

Beautiful Modern Mediterranean restaurant by Chefs Laura and Sayat (Star Chefs and San Francisco Chronicle Rising Stars) at the Main Parade Lawn in the heart of the Presidio National Park. The restaurant's menus feature Presidio-inspired seasonal craft cocktails, a progressive wine menu, and a cuisine that balances the comfort of familiar Mediterranean flavors with California sensibilities. It’s so hard to find an exceptional dining establishment nowadays. Elena’s is my dining go to since February 2024. It was a fluke that I came upon this amazing place. The ambiance is so warm and inviting and classy. Everyone that interacted with us was friendly and professional and knowledgeable. We love the frozen margarita and the coconut margarita. The guacamole is fresh,chunky and delicious. The gobernado looked amazing and I will order that item in the future. Chicken quesadilla was perfect, loaded with chicken and perfectly crispy tortilla. Fish tacos looked great also and you know that we eat with our eyes first. The food presentations were all exceptional. Our server Kayla B. made us feel welcome and her timing for service was perfection. She made our entire meal from start to finish an amazing dining experience. My guests were very happy with Elena’s. Professionalism isn’t running rampant in our industry anymore and she is a breath of fresh air. The entire team, front and back of house(open kitchen) is awesome! Thank you once again for a phenomenal experience.
