Izakaya Den is Denver’s popular Japanese gastropub, modeled after the lively after hours establishments found throughout Japan. The restaurant is located on South Pearl Street and is the second restaurant of the Kizaki brothers, founders and owners of Sushi Den. We had a wonderful experience. The bartender was slammed but he was still attentive and courteous. The food was great and the crème brûlée cheesecake was a great way to end the evening. We will be back. Glad we sat at the bar bc the narrow tables in the taproom did not look inviting or comfortable.

We had the best experience! This restaurant is so much fun and a great atmosphere, delicious drinks, and unique tasty food. We had a large group for a birthday party and they were so accommodating. We got our drinks and apps quickly and all the food was amazing. The ambience has a tropical club vibe without it being loud tacky. Great place for a group to have a good time! Be aware, parking is VERY difficult to find!
