Inspired by the best pizza of New York City and Naples, Italy. In 2005, Annie and Craig Stoll annexed the space next door to their James Beard Award winning Delfina restaurant fulfilling a long time dream of bringing Neapolitan-inspired pizzas to San Francisco. The 600 square foot space was an instant neighborhood hotspot, and Pizzeria Delfina became the ""darling of the San Francisco food scene"" opening a second location in 2008 to popular demand. In December 2013, Annie and Craig expanded into the Peninsula with Pizzeria Delfina in Burlingame. This energetic, farmers-to-table restaurant serves up Neapolitan-inspired pizza complemented by a daily-changing roster of seasonal antipasti, piatti (small entrees), beer, wine and more. The Short Rib Khao Soi and Samusas were phenomenal. For dessert we shared the Mango Sticky Rice which is a must try - delicious. Our server was wonderful. Highly recommended.

Great food as always from the Delfina team, excellent meatballs, salads and pizza. A bit loud and not quite the same charm as the places in SF but the service and the food is comparable to the city.

As always, the location had plenty of parking and wasn't too crowded. We made Priority reservations, in advance, through OpenTable. We were seated within 2-3 minutes upon arrival for dinner. Our meal consisted of the stuffed mushrooms appetizer, 1lb snow crab, salmon dinner, and I had the Lobster Punch for my cocktail. Everything came out hot and appealing to eat. Our server was a little more attentive with others than to my Mother and I, but other staff stepped in when necessary.
