Rollati's menu is a love letter to Italian-American cuisine, embracing the iconic dishes of Italy’s many regions, as well as those that developed in Italian kitchens across America.     dined in for Sunday lunch. had Cali Burger, Avocado Toast, Gravlax Benedict, Flat Bread Margherita fresh mozzarella for 4 people. we were full after finishing the meals, and could even order desert. We liked Avocado Toast and Gravlax Benedict. both the food and service exceed my expectation. was expecting a lot of people having brunch, but surprisingly we were only guess in the whole restaurant. not sure why. was able to use Hilton gift card for the meal.

    The food was very good. Spicy Pie as an appetizer was unique and delicious. I ordered the Thousand Layer Lasagne and it was very tasty. The Polenta was delicious as well. We arrived a little early for our 6:45 reservation and our host was going to set us up at a large table adjacent to the bar; we requested a table change and he accommodated our request and put us at a nice table in the dining room, which we really appreciated because it was quieter for our party of 5 as we celebrated a birthday. Highly recommend this restaurant.

    We went as a group from work team lunch. It was not busy and we had buffet. I also got chai which was surprisingly very good and very hot(like it should be). I would definitely go here again.
