Restaurant Maydanoz serves all kinds of Eastern-Mediterranean foods originating from the Mediterranean part of Turkey (Antalya, Adana, Antakya, Mersin), but also large parts of countries such as Syria, Lebanon, Israel and Greece. We mainly focus on the Turkish Mediterranean cuisine. Our restaurant’s name ‘Maydanoz’ is Turkish and simply means ‘Parsley’. Parsley is a much-used herb in our Turkish Mediterranean cuisine. Food, service and atmosohere were all great. Quantity and quality of the rijsttafel both excellent. We were disappointed by the desserts, however. They were tiny and not that tasty.
