Izakaya Den is Denver’s popular Japanese gastropub, modeled after the lively after hours establishments found throughout Japan. I always love True Food, but our latest experience was exceptional. Our waiter, Jesse, was not only pleasant, attentive and knowledgeable - he also made sure to take excellent care of me and my many food sensitivities. Not for a second did I feel I was being a pain. He listened carefully, came back and asked questions, and even caught a mistake the kitchen had made!

There is no better place to have fun, eat socialize and get wonderful drinks and appetizers. In the heart of low high, Denver and close to downtown is a wonderful restaurant for meeting friends, family, and walking to Little man ice cream after dinner.

We had the best experience! This restaurant is so much fun and a great atmosphere, delicious drinks, and unique tasty food. We had a large group for a birthday party and they were so accommodating. We got our drinks and apps quickly and all the food was amazing. The ambience has a tropical club vibe without it being loud tacky. Great place for a group to have a good time! Be aware, parking is VERY difficult to find!
