The Safehouse design was originally inspired by the ski culture of Jackson Hole Wyoming and Vermont living then infused with a contemporary influence. Why the SafeHouse? Where else would you go to not be TRAPPED anymore? You go down into the SAFEHOUSE. Our goal was to make dining really fun again by creating a vibe that focuses on fun sharable foods, upbeat music and creative cocktails. We are an upscale modern neighborhood eatery with a focus on hand selected ingredients. We pride ourselves on our hand cut steaks, fresh caught seafood from sustainable sources, hand crafted pastas, and a few famous Chianti’s inspired authentic Italian dishes. Tavern in the Square East Greenwich Restaurant is located at 1000 Division Street in the East Greenwich Square complex. Right off exit 24 A Route 95 highway. Surrounded by Dave's Fresh Market, Vaughn Cemetary. This location offers an open floor plan with a 60-seat bar. We feature 29 beers on draft, craft cocktails, and delicious food created by our culinary team and executed in our scratch kitchen. Tavern East Greenwich features a patio as well as a full open-air environment when weather permits. If you are a sports fan, we have you covered with 17 TVs located throughout the restaurant. This is a phenomenal spot to celebrate a special occasion or just meet up with friends for an incredible dining experience.

    If you can have a perfect experience, it’s definitely always here The Martucci group gives local a premium dining experience. The food was perfect. The drinks even better topping it off with one of my favorite servers. The experience is made on point we welcomed friends for a couples night for Valentines new to the restaurant as far as the safe house, but not to the food previously has enjoyed the trap. Thumbs up there as well they loved everything as I always do. Thank you again for amazing dining experience as always  The Martucci group gives local a premium dining experience.

    We were seated right at our reservation time which was nice and at a good table. Our server was amazing we had the chicken dumplings as an appetizer and they were amazing. Our entrees however weren't the best. We got the Chicken Parmesan, the chicken was very fatty and chewy and the pasta was wet (like watery) so that brought down our time there a bit. We also got the teriyaki salmon which I am pleased to say was good. The teriyaki and pineapple glaze tasted well together. The overall experience was good. Staff was very nice and welcoming.
