Everyone is so polite and accommodating. Great waitress and we always enjoy eating at Piatti’s. Good food, good customer service!

Our Server JJ was outstanding. Great personality and customer service was really good. All our entrees were served nicely and tasted so good. Ribs were so tender and full of flavor. Steak Cobb was outstanding. Even the hosts when we arrived were so pleasant - feels like we were at a friends house for dinner.

Ian was an outstanding server. We had some questions about the beer and he brought over a taster and it was a great experience! Will definitely be coming back.

This was the only time in my life I was sad I couldn’t eat more food because of all of was SO GOOD!!! And the gauchos were on it with the service!!! It was very impressive especially on a busy Valentine’s Day evening. Fun experience and excellent food! What more could you ask for? I tried 15 different cuts of meat, but that pineapple and roasted cheese with honey were my favorite! YUM!!!

told couldn't get in until 8:45! Yes, busy, could see. Firmly told Open Table could do no better. Immediately got 6:45 Open Table! Only 1/4 full then and the same as I left over an hour later. Good food, excellent service but so noisy couldn't talk to friend.
