Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. This was our first visit to Eddie V’s. The filet was perfect, the salmon was just as good. The asparagus and potatoes au gratin was sized perfect for two. But what pulled it all together was our server, Vincent, he was a pleasure to have had him. We will be returning. Thank you for a great adult night out.
