Welcome to The Greyhound, a 17th century coaching inn, in the heart of Beaconsfield Old Town.Owned and managed by husband and wife team, Daniel Crump and Margriet Vandezande-Crump, the pub and restaurant was named as the ‘One to Watch in the UK’s prestigious Top 50 Gastropubs Awards, named a TripAdvisor 2021 Travellers’ Choice Award Winner, and voted the best restaurant in Bucks & Oxon by guests in the annual Muddy Stilettos awards. The Greyhound is made up of 3 key areas for guests to enjoy: an intimate drinking lounge and outside drinking terrace, the main restaurant for dining (upstairs and downstairs), and an outdoor covered and heated dining terrace. Welcome to Riwaz Beaconsfield.It’s long been twice-Michelin starred chef Atul Kochhar's dream to champion the cuisines of India, especially the sub-cultures of Bohri, Ismaili, Moplah, Chettiars, amongst others. The menu of creatively enticing flavours and spices includes dishes created and cooked by Atul’s grandmother. Lunch will showcase our set 2 and 3 course menu plus the Jugalbandi set menu of four courses for two to share (£35pp). For a time-honoured experience, the evening A La Carte menu offers characteristic main courses complemented by a great selection of wines, cocktails and customary Indian drinks. We had a wonderful dining experience at Colombo 7 yesterday! The food was absolutely delicious – every dish was perfectly prepared. The service was impeccable, with the staff being both attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. I highly recommend Colombo 7 to anyone looking for outstanding food and excellent service.

Service is very good - friendly helpful staff . We had the festive lunch menu which was excellent! The presentation and quality of food is outstanding as well as all the little extras to try. Great choice on the wine menu too ranging from a glass to a bottle! Would highly recommend!

We went for a special meal to celebrate my wife’s milestone birthday and we were not disappointed! The food and drinks were absolutely delicious (the festive cocktails with mock snow effect and gingerbread were a particularly nice surprise), the service was brilliant (friendly, professional and attentive) and the ambience was really special. Thank you so much for making it such a wonderful experience!

Following a discussion with the waiter we shared two starters- the beetroot and the vegetable fritters which worked very well together. The tandoori prawn dish as a main course was excellent and the desert of pistachio and mango ice cream rounded off a perfect meal. Service was excellent and staff friendly and welcoming.
