In 1958 Chico was the hotel’s speakeasy, a cozy secluded lounge hidden from the lobby. In fact, Chico Cabaret was originally designed and named after a famous speakeasy in Manhattan.     My family of four including two adult sons had our 2024 Thanksgiving dinner at this restaurant. The menu was prix fixe, with three choices for each of four courses. The presentation was perfect, the food was perfect, our servers William and Alejandro were perfect. We also chose the wine pairing menu and the wines were presented very well. Loved it. My family appreciates a Michelin starred restaurant, which is why we chose this venue and it did not disappoint.

    Our party of three had croquettes, vegan arancini, the halibut, beef tenderloin, the vegan sweet potato steak, and three desserts. Everything was really delicious and presented beautifully. The wine list is broad but a bit thin, however we went on Wednesday, when there is no corkage fee, a fantastic bargain. Best cocktail program we’ve had in PR. Service is practically perfect, very attentive. Quiet, no buzz. Overall, just lovely.

    Comida muy variada y exquisita. Servicio de Sofia más que EXCELENTE, muy atenta, muy responsable con sus mesas y con mucho sentido de urgencia (algo muy importante que no todo meser@ sabe manejar)… quede demasiada encantada con Sofia y me encantaría que la próxima vez que se me presente la oportunidad de escogerlos como mi restaurante ella sea nuevamente quien me sirva. única sugerencia poner un poco de música y si estaba puesta que no este tan bajita que pase desapercibida, si no que se escuche moderadamente pero que se sienta ambiente!
