Aloha, we are open daily from 11:00am to 10:00pm, with our last seating available at 9:45pm. We accept reservations & reserve a large amount of space for walk-ins. If your desired reservation is not available, please join our waitlist in person daily. Happy Hour is available daily from 3:30pm-5:00pm (excluding select holidays). Our chef driven concept is led by the classically trained, award winning chef, Peter Merriman. Peter is a culinary pioneer and one of the founders of Hawaii Regional Cuisine. We went to the 2:00 pm time for the Christmas Buffet. Service was impeccable. Food was labeled for allergies. Great food. Loved the prime rib, shrimp, salads. Spinach artichoke dip and the danish pancakes were so tasty. We had a great time with a beautiful view of Wailea. Only downside was that our table was out in the sun and our umbrella didn't shield the entire table. Request a shaded spot if this is an issue for you. We would come back! Thanks so much! Dinner was a full Moroccan experience from the decor, to the food and entertainment. The flavors are delicious and the whole restaurant was invited by the belly dancer and staff to join in dance at the end of the evening.

We are huge fans of Merrimans and Monkeypod Kitchen and visit when we are lucky enough to get a resy and the location in Wailea has the best service despite being in a strip mall a little further from the ocean. Our Christmas Eve lunch did not disappoint. We tried some new things on the menu, their market fish was prepare perfectly and we ended the meal with the pies. The mai tais are also the best in Hawaii.

Outstanding meal - probably the best food on Maui. Had the Upcountry Salad (so fresh!), fish of the day (Kampachi in a beautiful truffle sauce), lobster pasta (OMG), and the bread pudding for dessert. Would order the exact same but also try the chicken next time.
