Cafe Juanita features Executive Chef and Owner Holly Smith's award winning Northern Italian cuisine prepared using the freshest Northwest ingredients and complimented by an award-winning wine list. Cafe Juanita serves prix-fixe multi-course tasting menus with optional wine pairings, and many other tempting possibilities to embellish your meal. Current menus can be viewed at www.cafejuanita.com. We are happy to modify dishes for dietary restrictions; please advise when making reservations. We offer four tasting menus from which you may choose: omnivore, pescatarian, vegetarian, and vegan, ranging in price per person from $175-$205. We have a supplemental a la carte menu, and tasting menu items can also be ordered a la carte. Dress code is elegant, formal *no leisure or athletic attire please.

Takai by Kashiba is a fine dining Edo-Mae style Sushi restaurant that specializes exclusively in nigiri sushi. Sushi Counter dining is solely Chef's Omakase, with two seatings at 5:30 and 7:30.Omakase is also available at our dining room tables along with a la carte Sushi options.We do not have vegan/vegetarian/kids menus. We are able to accommodate most allergies.Led by Chef Jun Takai, the Omakase consists of local and international seafood accompanied with Kaiseki style dishes. Daniels Broiler features USDA Prime Steaks, the top two percent of all graded beef in the nation. A 20% service charge is included. 100% of this service charge is retained by Schwartz Brothers Restaurants. We strive to be an employer of choice and our servers are paid a base wage and a separate commission based on their sales. Additional gratuity is not expected and purely optional. Our food originates in regions throughout Southeast Asia from China to Indonesia and beyond. We pride ourselves on offering traditional dishes from these distinctive regions and insist on house-made ingredients.     Truly one of the top 5 meals of my life. This brought be back to Japan in flavors but had textures that my American palette likes. My husband and I can't stop talking about how amazing it was to sit at the counter and watch Chef Jun work his magic. Every bite was better than the last. The staff were all incredibly attentive, we even had our coats returned warm from a heated closet to top off an amazing evening. Highly recommend this experience and if you enjoy tea, do the tea pairing it was so worth it!

    Cafe Juanita never disappoints us. The food and service was amazing. We celebrated our daughter’s birthday (who loves cooking and food). The happiness on her face during the meal was wonderful. Sarah was our server and attentive to every detail and happy to discuss the food and wine with us. It was a wonderful night.

    There’s a reason this is the flagship for Daniel’s. The staff here is outstanding and makes your dining experience one for the books. From the host staff, to the servers, managers, server assistants, everyone is so welcoming, positive, gracious and genuinely kind. Also the views from this Daniel’s are stunning. None of the other Daniel’s are even remotely close the experience you will get here… My family had Xmas Eve dinner and it was the best dining experience we’ve ever had with my elderly mother who has severe dementia. She can be challenging in public places but everyone here was so positive that she was over the moon with the attention she received. Our server Jeffrey took amazing care of our family and gave extra special attention to our mom; we didn’t have to ask him he was just a genuinely kind person who bonded with our mom. Couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience as everything was amazing, the service, the food and atmosphere. It was the best choice for a special dinner for our family. Thank you Jeffrey, Clark the manager, all the managers and staff at Daniel’s for helping make our mom have the time of her life. We will be back sooner rather than later. My mom is already asking to go back! And she doesn’t remember much these days…
